K9 Officer Rock!

Late last year, our incredible Rock listeners were asked to help us raise money for the City of La Crosse Police Department’s K9 program after K9 officer Zaback was forced into early retirement due to an injury.

With your tremendous outpouring of support, we were able to collect over $15,000 for the purchase & training of the new K9 officer.

Along with some amazing raffles and anonymous donations, we also asked you to submit a suggestion for the name of the new K9 officer.

There were many great recommendations, but the City of La Crosse Police Department settled on “Rock” and we’re happy to see that K9 Officer Rock and his handler, Officer Lozano, have finally completed their intensive 12-week training program!
