Of course, we talked quite a bit about the Olympics, including an updated medal count, Simone Biles‘ new gold medal, Katie Ledecky‘s 13th career medal, Kate Douglass‘ first ever gold, and of course…the whole boxing thing.

During today’s “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a McDonald’s employee that set a fire in the dumpster, a housekeeper in Vegas that was stealing from people staying at the hotel, a stuntman named Sparky Spangler, a bunch of goats that went missing in Milwaukee, a guy who got bit by a snake after trying to rescue it from being run-over by cars, and a VERY dysfunctional family that fought about some chicken.
