The Monday Morning Throwback – Open or Closed Streets in 2015.

Back in 2015, we all agreed that there seemed to be an unprecedented amount of road construction going on in the city of La Crosse.

Every time you’d turn a corner, there was cones and signs and workers galore!

So, we decided to take a look at the City’s website for all the ongoing road construction projects and played “Open or Closed Streets” with Shaw.
