Lots of busy weekends coming up over the next few months, this one included!
Not sure what you’re doing the next few days, but if you need a few ideas, here’s a couple of suggestions:
FRIDAY – CAMERON PARK FARMER’S MARKET FROM 4PM UNTIL DUSK
It’s the first one of the year!!! Now that the farmer’s market at Cameron Park is only on Fridays, you better make the most of it. The market runs from 4pm until dusk, and there’s plenty of fresh local, sustainably grown & harvested food.
Plus, food trucks, area vendors, and the occasional live music.

SATURDAY – CHASEBURG SOLE BURNER PANCAKE BREAKFAST & BAKE SALE FROM 7AM UNTIL 10:30AM
The Chaseburg Sole Burner is an incredible event that happens every September and raises a boatload of money for the American Cancer Society.
However, it’s just a part of the fundraising that happens in the small town of Chaseburg. This Saturday from 7am until 10:30am at the Chaseburg Village Hall, there will be a free-will donation breakfast available for dine-in or carry out, along with a bake sale, vendor market, and a village-wide rummage sale later in the day!
Proceeds will go to the 19th annual American Cancer Sole Burner of Chaseburg event on Saturday, September 21, 2024.

SATURDAY NIGHT – SEETHER, SKILLET, FUEL, 10 YEARS, & KEITH WALLEN @ COPELAND PARK & EVENTS CENTER
The first show in the 2024 Altra Rocks! Summer Concert series is this Saturday night at Copeland Park & Event Center, featuring Seether, Skillet, Fuel, 10 Years, & Keith Wallen of Breaking Benjamin!

This is an all-ages show & gates open at 5pm for anyone WITHOUT the early entry passes.

SUNDAY – ANDY HUGHES @ WHISKEY RIVER BAR & GRILL
Sleep it off on Sunday morning, grab some breakfast & a bloody, get some stuff done around the house, and then head to Whiskey River Bar & Grill in West Salem for a #SundayFunday afternoon!
Speaking of bloodys, have you seen the monstrosity they serve at Whiskey River with all the burgers and curds and whatnot?
Our buddy, Andy Hughes, will be playing some tunes starting at 6pm! Show is free, but make sure you TIP the musician AND your bartenders!
