Three things to do in & around River City this weekend!
We finally got some measurable snow, and now comes the bitter cold. Looks like a high of ZERO on Sunday, and a high of -2° on Monday.

If you’re looking to stay indoors this weekend & watch football, I don’t blame you! But if you’re looking to get out there & have some fun, here’s a few suggestions:
FRIDAY – THE MAGIC OF ISAIAH PRESENTS: IMPOSSIBLE – MAGIC & MIND READING SHOW @ LE CHATEAU
Saw a performance by the Magic of Isaiah at RiverFest and it was awesome! This time around, he’s at Le Chateau in downtown La Crosse for an interactive magic & mind-reading show.
The show is about an hour, and Isaiah will use all his talent to predict the future, read your mind, and delight the audience with his magic! Audience participation is a MUST!
If you’ve never been to Le Chateau, this is a great opportunity to check it out. Make sure you visit La Cave in the basement & get one of their INCREDIBLE smoked drinks!

SATURDAY – SUNSHINE DRIVE @ WHISKEY RIVER BAR & GRILL
We were just at Whiskey River Bar & Grill in West Salem last weekend for a few drinks & some food. Didn’t get one of their MONSTER bloodys, but did see a few of them being made.
Definitely going to head back there on a Sunday morning to try one! If you haven’t seen one before, check this thing out:
This Saturday night, get to Whiskey River Bar & Grill for some drinks, food, & live tunes from Sunshine Drive! This trio features members of Sellout and The Caminos, and they play lots of 80’s and 90’s rock covers along with plenty of other fun stuff!

SUNDAY – BINGO @ SAXON HALL IN BROWNSVILLE
Seems like EVERYBODY is doing Bingo lately! So, if you’re going to play Bingo, why wouldn’t you do it at Saxon Hall in Brownsville???
You can enjoy some of the best pizza in the area, an ice cold wobbly pop(or two), and catch the playoff action on the TVs while you win some kick-ass prizes!!!
Doors at Saxon Hall open at 11am on #FundaySunday, and you can enjoy pizza starting at noon. Bingo gets underway at 1pm and goes until about 3pm. They’ve also got 2-for-1 cans of domestic beer & $5 pitchers of Bud Light on Sundays from 11am until 1pm!
