The one with Oktoberfest
We kicked off Oktoberfest week with Brian’s FAVORITE Oktoberfest memory as our “Monday Morning Throwback“, and we found out that we’re apparently washing our armpits incorrectly.
On Tuesday, we talked about a guy who “accidentally” sent a nude photo of his wife to their entire family…which led to a discussion about our own embarrassing moments. Plus, Tinder is basically prostituting people now with their “Tinder Select” tier for people who want to pay $499/month to get better matches.
On Tuesday’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a shirtless, drunk guy caught driving a golf cart with a dog in his lap, a moronic drug dealer who called the cops after one of his customers stole $10, and the British show “Naked Attraction” making it’s way onto the MAX streaming service.
Wednesday, we discovered what could be the greatest AirBnB of all time, and Shaw aced this week’s edition of “You’re Killin’ Me, Shaws”.
On Wednesday’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a Denver businessman who was so frustrated by the homeless defecating in his parking lot that he collected a bunch of poop in his parking lot and dumped it on the steps of City Hall, an employee at a Jack-In-The-Box shooting at some customers over curly fries, and a stolen ShopVac with a special surprise inside.
Thursday was our last day in the studio as we were broadcasting live from the State Room on Friday morning for our 14th Annual Kickoff to Oktoberfest! We talked about the amount of pics we have on our phones, we gave you a special, Thursday & Oktoberfest edition of “Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend“, and we talked about Joe Exotic getting upset at the Florida State QB for selling t-shirts.
On our Thursday edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a bunch of dead pigs on a highway after a car crash, a $5,600 pair of underwear, a #FloridaMan who celebrated his birthday in a very interesting way, and a woman who died during surgery…only to be propped up by the hospital staff to make her family thing she was still alive!
