The one with Shaw’s moped
Shaw was off on Monday, but returned & recapped his trip to Chicago!
We still started the week with the “Monday Morning Throwback“, and played a game of “Would You Rather – Smarter or Prettier”
We discussed which states would be the best prepared for an alien invasion, which led us to an interesting suggestion for Shaw now that he’s got a moped. Strap a gun to it so he can fight back against the aliens!
We talked about the golfer getting tackled by security, and our Tuesday edition of Bad News with Happy Music included stories about something called a “lead pig“, a very angry crocodile in a pool in Florida, a guy who climbed a skyscraper in Seoul, a man who broke into a 911 call center, and three dudes who drifted out to sea on a giant, inflatable duck.
Plus, some Father’s Day gift ideas, a new list of things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend, and during our Wednesday edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a taqueria that brought in a priest to harass their employees, an Australian crocodile killer, and a gun owner who shot himself while sleeping.
On Thursday, there was an interesting survey that revealed how much money we need to be considered “rich“. And in our Thursday edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a woman who got robbed by a man who then commented on her Facebook post about the robbery, a popular bus trip in Poland that had to change it’s name, and a morgue manager who was allegedly selling body parts on the black market.
