Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend.
The weekend is here & summer is winding down!
Festbiers are in stores and I plan on drinking a bunch of them this weekend. Starting tonight with date night! Wife & I are heading out for dinner and a few cocktails…might have a firepit. We’ll see if I can stay up that late. Gonna be at Great River Harley-Davidson on Saturday morning for the rock stop. Only about three weeks left!!!! Get a full list of the remaining rock stops here.
If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, you’ve got a LOT of options, including:
Street Drags at the La Crosse Fairgrounds Speedway tonight!
Have you always wanted to see what your family truckster can do on the straight-away???? Here’s your chance! They’ve got divisions for just about every vehicle out there…trucks, cars, motorcycles, minivans, station wagons. If you can drive it, you can drag it!
Double elimination will be used ensuring every car gets a minimum of two guaranteed runs. And don’t forget about the shine ‘n show car show and the burnout contest!
Pits for the street drags open at 6pm with practice & grudge matches at 6:45pm. Bracket races begin at 7:30pm.
