Peach Tea Smoked Pork

I hope everyone had an awesome 4th of July weekend. Sure was awesome at my place, because I got introduced to a recipe I had to try. Boy am I glad I did.

The short of it? You soak pork in peach tea before you send it to the smoker. A more detailed recipe is below in the video.
