Three things to do in & Around River City this weekend.
Actually gonna give you FOUR things to do…but more on that in a moment.
After having a couple of extra dogs in the house for the last week, I think we’ll spend most of Saturday morning cleaning before heading out for a really nice dinner at SAGRA. Our first time dining here and we’re VERY excited!
And of course, on Sunday, we’ll be watching all the pomp & circumstance at the Daytona 500.
If you’re looking to get out & do something this weekend, here’s a few suggestions:
FRIDAY – VAVAVOOM VINTAGE BURLESQUE SHOW @ THE MUSE THEATER AT 7PM
![](https://www.957therock.com/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/474586106_1195725229075089_534397387934419593_n-700x681.jpg)
The VaVaVoom Vintage Burlesque Show is classic burlesque performance featuring seductive outfits & dancing from the Love Kittens Purrrlesque dancers, along with crooning songs about love & romance, bawdy comedy, and much more!
It’s this Thursday & Friday at the Muse Theater on the North side…and if you can’t make it this weekend, they’ve got two more performances scheduled for next Thursday & Friday as well.
This event at the Muse is both naughty & nice, and it’s also 18+! Doors are at 6pm with the entertainment getting started at 7pm.
General admission tickets are $28 in advance or $32 at the door while they last. And VIP seats are $36 in advance or $40 at the door.
You can find more info on this event and purchase tickets online here.
SATURDAY – RIDE INTO 2025 @ GREAT RIVER HARLEY-DAVIDSON FROM 10AM UNTIL 4PM

Riding season is literally right around the corner. In fact, I saw a few bikes on the roads a couple of weeks ago when the temps were in the 50’s.
Too much salt & brine on the roads to get the Harley outta the garage for me. I don’t mind the sand, but that salt & brine will destroy your paint and I paid too damn much for my bike to risk it for a couple of hours of riding…even if it IS in January.
If you’re itching to get back on the hog, do the next best thing and get to Great River Harley-Davidson for their “Ride Into 2025” event starting at 10am.
You can check out the brand-new 2025 models, enjoy some free food, and sign up to win a 2025 Street Glide Ultra…a 2025 Low Rider ST…or one of their TWELVE $500 in-store shopping sprees!
Plus, you can check out the progress on the remodel at Great River HD(I heard April for a finale), and take advantage of exclusive premium dealer incentives!

SATURDAY NIGHT – COMEDY @ THE PEARL ST. BREWERY STARTING AT 7PM

I know a lot of us were really saddened by the closing of The Main in downtown La Crosse at the end of 2024.
We had some good times in that space for a few years, including some great comedy shows. But fear not!!!! Because comedy is still happening in various other venues throughout the Coulee Region, and this Saturday night you can enjoy some laughs & beers at the Pearl St. Brewery!
National touring comedian Bryan Miller will be on stage and seating is LIMITED.
This event is 21+. Doors are at 6pm and the show starts at 7:30pm. Tickets can be purchased in advance online here.
NOTE – Guests will be seated upon arrival, and it’s recommended that large groups come early to get seated together.
