The Monday Morning Throwback – Our interview with Eric “Badlands” Booker

Back in 2011, we got Eric “Badlands” Booker on the phone ahead of the Wingstop World Wing Eating Championship being held in Dallas to talk about the competition.

We discussed his visits with his doctor, insults in the world of competitive eating, and got his pick for the 2011 Super Bowl(which the Packers won).

Sadly, the event had to be postponed because of a major snowstorm in Dallas, and when it was held several months later, Patrick Bertoletti ended up winning, by eating 288 wings!
