What a week!

We are officially back to a five-day work week, we had a MAJOR concert announcement, and we’re now on in two markets! La Crosse(95.7 The Rock) & Eau Claire(92.9 The X)

We hit on a lot of stuff this week, including a preview of the Consumer Electronics Show in Vegas, a story about a professional bullrider who tore his groin completely & is now back at it, and we discussed an interesting stat about job interviews.

On Tuesday’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about some people in Taiwan who mistakenly ate laundry detergent pods that they thought were candy, a man in Alabama who got stuck in a decorative urn at a work party, a #FloridaMan who had some meth in between his butt cheeks, and a guy in Brazil who was obsessed with digging a hole in his yard…only to fall in & die!

We had a great story on Hump Day about a trucker who lost his cat at a truck stop in Nevada, but found him in Wyoming several days later!

On Wednesday’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a dog that escaped his kennel at a rescue shelter to find some treats, a Montana man who is wanted for killing thousands of birds, and an elderly couple who died in their home after the heater in their basement was set to 1,000 degrees!

On Thursday morning we talked about how often we get a PERFECT night’s sleep, and we heard about a couple in the UK who found a creepy doll in the wall of their attic while renovating their home.

During Thursday’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about an Oregon man who was declared dead even though he was actually still alive, a Canadian prostitute who got in some trouble for wearing military uniforms, a grandmother in Massachusetts who tried to poison her husband because of a soap opera star, and another story about someone shitting themselves on a flight. Gross.

On Friday morning, we talked about a few of the more interesting products that were unveiled during the CES this week, and a woman who made a BINGO card to utilize when her husband watches the Cowboys.

On Friday’s edition of “Bad News with Happy Music”, we had stories about a football team from Gambia that lost all oxygen on a recent flight, a goat that had to be rescued from the roof of a house in Arizona, and a YouTuber who dumps buckets of poop on unsuspecting victims for views.
