Before there was TikTok, there was Vine. And it was responsible for giving us a lot of great viral trends. One such trend began when a man asked a police officer a very goofy question about his chosen footwear. From there, it spiraled into insanity in the best way possible. In such a big way, in fact, it was even referenced in the first Black Panther film.
