Three things to do in & around La Crosse this weekend.
I know….I know. It’s going to be cold this weekend.
BUT.
50’s most of next week and maybe even SIXTY by Wednesday!
I don’t have a ton of plans this weekend, but I do know that I’ll be enjoying some Irish Car-bombs on Saturday. More on that in a bit.
If you’re looking for something to do this weekend, here’s a few suggestions:
TONIGHT! It’s your first chance to get tickets for the return of the Between the Bluffs “Beer, Wine & Cheese Fest”.
I love this event. I’ve been going since it was still at the brewery. And if you’re looking to get tickets & save money, then you need to be at the Charmant Hotel tonight from 6-8pm.(Expect LONG lines!)
There will be a chance to win VIP tickets, swag, and much more! And our good buddy, Andy Hughes, will be playing from 5pm until 8pm.

On Saturday, I hope you can all join us on Pearl St. for the 17th Annual St. Paddy’s Day .01k to benefit the Hunger Task Force of La Crosse.
Regardless of what the weather is doing, we’ll be at Brother’s Bar starting at 2pm for check-in/registration, and the run will happen at about 4pm.
We’ve got an official pace car from Sleepy Hollow Auto, and after a bit of pomp & circumstance, we’ll commence the activities!
Big thanks to our incredible sponsors, Guinness, Paul’s Heating & Air Conditioning, Schneider Accounting & Tax, 1st Business Solutions, and Genzie’s Game Day Pub.
I’m really hoping someone falls down again this year!

After the run, I’ll be enjoying more than a few pints of Guinness & some Irish Car-Bombs!
On #SundayFunday, it’s officially Chicken-Q season, and you can get some of the “Best Ever Chicken” at the Tippy Toe Inn on Depot St. beginning at 11am & continuing until the chicken is gone.
This event is a drive-thru/eat-in event and will benefit the American Cancer Society Sole Burner of Chaseburg!
There will be homemade pastries & baked goods, and all are welcome.
