It took me forever to find this damn thing. All I knew about it was the line Do What I Want. It even took the interwebs a long time to find it, mainly because I had almost no idea where it came from.
OK. That’s not entirely accurate. I knew it was on a commercial, and that it was on Food TV. That network is almost constantly on in our home. Most of the time, we’re not even watching. For those of you who don’t watch a lot of Food TV… their advertising is very repetitive.
This ad is on all. the. time. I just couldn’t remember what the ad was for.
See? Since most of the time I’m not even watching, I had no idea what the hell the ad was for. Do What I Want is all I had to go on… so yeah. It took forever.
Apparently, it’s for smelly stuff from Glade. Honestly? We probably could have used some of that this weekend. One of the dogs got into the garbage. Fartin’ all weekend. That hound was foul. Seriously rank. I guess I should pay more attention to Food TV
Anyway, it took a while, but I eventually found the full song/artist whatever, in case you wanted that:
Oh, and as a side note… if anyone from Food TV decides to read this… please. PLEEEEEEASE update your show promos more often. I’ve seen the ‘bucket of wieners, bucket a mac, bucket uh cheddar’ Triple D promo literally like 3,000 times. Please. For the love of all that is holy. Make a new promo for Guy.
