How to Name a Baby and Other Tough Choices.

We now are under 4 months from meeting our little baby and thusly the constant question keeps popping up. “What are you gonna name her?” “Well we have some names but we just can’t decide quite yet.” “Cute!” **existential crisis intensifies**

There is so much pressure in naming a baby. It’s not like naming a dog or cat where you can just call them Keith and people think it’s unique and fun, you really need to think about! Apologies to people named Keith I’m sure your parents spent a lot of time thinking of a name for you.

You also don’t want to give the kid a name that gets their ass kicked in school or rhymes with something embarrassing. But you also wanna give them a name that can have a cool nickname out of it too. THERE ARE SO MANY FACTORS TO GO THROUGH!

So The Wife and I have planned out a few names and we think we’ve narrowed it down to two but honestly who knows. My plan is to go in with three names and then as soon as the baby comes out make the doctor pick the name. That way if the kid hates her name I’ll just say, “Don’t blame me, I voted for Kodos!” She won’t understand the reference and I’ll escape blame! Win, win!

The jean jacket remains with sleeves and was buried underneath a few other coats but I have since brought it out into full view.
