Monday Morning Throwback – Leap Year pay

2012 was a leap year, and the 29th of February fell on a Wednesday. So, we technically worked an extra day that year.

But were we getting paid any extra?

It was an interesting conundrum that was suggested by a kick-ass Rock listener, so we called Kristy Nix to get the scoop on how our pay works for leap years.
