Virtually tour the Kickapoo Caverns!
July 10, 2020/
Even with a lot of stuff still closed due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, there’s still some really cool stuff you can do online!
Tomorrow, July 11th, you can take a virtual tour of the Kickapoo Caverns with Jennifer Redell, a bat biologist & cave specialist from the Wisconsin DNR.
The virtual tour starts at 10am on the Mississippi Valley Conservancy’s YouTube channel and there will be another video available next month that covers history of the 400-million year old cave, how it was found and what’s being done to protect it for future generations to ignore.
This virtual tour is great for anyone who might be a bit afraid of being in a cave with a bunch of bats!
