Do the Five – Help slow the spread of Coronavirus
March 24, 2020/
There’s an endless supply of articles about Coronavirus on the internet.
Here’s something called “Do The Five” – a list of five simple things you should be doing to help slow the spread of the Coronavirus.
- Wash your hands more often. A minimum of 20 seconds, after coughing/sneezing, after handling animals, when dealing with the sick, etc.
- Cough into your elbow.
- Don’t touch your face. (good luck with this one. No matter how hard I try, I constantly catch myself touching my face.)
- If you do have to go out, try to stay a minimum of three feet away from people. Six-to-eight feet is even better.
- Stay home if you feel sick. (Duh)
