Pasta sammich!

Years ago, I worked at a Kenny Rogers Roasters in my hometown.

If you’ve never been to one, they serve chicken and all the appropriate side dishes, including cole slaw, cornbread muffins, and mac-n-cheese.

One day, as I was going on break, I took a pita that we used to make chicken sammiches, and instead of filling it with diced chicken, I put some mac-n-cheese in there.

Needless to say, I got a bunch of weird looks from my coworkers. But I didn’t care. That mac-n-cheese sammy was DELICIOUS! And portable!

So leave this poor woman alone. If she wants a pasta sammich, that’s her damn prerogative.
