RIP Pete Frates

ALS is simply the worst disease ever. Pete Frates was an inspirational young man, emphasis on young. 34 is too young to die. Pete won’t be forgotten anytime soon and we at The Rock send our condolences to his family.

For those who don’t know who Pete Frates is, he is the man who inspired the “Ice-Bucket Challenge” to raise money for ALS research. Celebrate his life by donating to the ALS Association, and if you feel brave dump a bucket of ice water on yourself and post it!
